Job summary

PERSOL Malaysia is seeking candidates to join a growing fleet and transport operations team in Puncak Alam, Selangor. The role supports day-to-day fleet operations, vehicle monitoring, driver coordination and maintenance, with opportunities for Driver Specialist or Basemaster Surveillance depending on experience.

Candidates with SPM qualification and hands-on experience in lorry operations, fleet management, transport coordination or vehicle maintenance are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport, logistics, fleet operations, commercial vehicles or vehicle maintenance is an advantage.
• Computer and system literate; able to use fleet management tools.

Responsibilities

• Support daily fleet and transport operations.
• Operate, monitor and coordinate commercial vehicle activities.
• Monitor driver behaviour, including speeding and idling.
• Coordinate lorry breakdowns, accidents and vehicle-related incidents.
• Perform or support basic maintenance and technical checks.
• Coordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance activities.
• Monitor vehicle mileage and update systems.
• Maintain records of vehicle, driver and operational activities.
