Job summary

SF International in Klang, Malaysia is seeking a driver operations supervisor to help manage lorry driver issues and maximize truck utilization for timely client deliveries.

You will coordinate drivers, train on SOPs, monitor performance, keep schedules and delivery reports, and assist planning of routes and operations to optimize daily workflows. Excellent leadership and communication are key, along with knowledge of safety and vehicle maintenance practices.

Qualifications

• SPM level education or equivalent is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in resolving lorry driver-related issues.
• Ensure all trucks are utilized daily and schedules are optimized.
• Coordinate drivers to guarantee timely deliveries to clients.
• Train, mentor, and guide drivers to follow company SOPs.
• Monitor driver performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of driver schedules, vehicle usage, and delivery reports.
• Support management in planning routes, schedules, and operational strategies.
