Qualifications

• Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet operations, daily truck utilization planning, and scheduling to meet customer requests.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance, monitor driver activities, and manage incidents.
• Maintain customer relationships, coordinate truck bookings, and monitor delivery KPIs.
• Coordinate with Billing and HR to handle advances, driver licenses, and trip details.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Superior.
