Job summary

Eternal Materials (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a diligent driver/administrator to maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety, manage servicing, insurance, and road tax, and keep precise trip logs. The role also involves coordinating maintenance at the company apartment and performing general admin tasks.

Candidate should be able to work independently, communicate well with all management levels, and be proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Based in Tanjung Langsat, Pasir Gudang.

Qualifications

• SPM, Diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Computer literate with MS Office.
• Trustworthy, quick thinking, strong organization skills and an analytic mindset.
• Ability to work independently and deal well with ambiguity.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the vehicle’s cleanliness (interior and exterior).
• Perform routine checks on oil, battery, brakes, tires and systems for safety.
• Manage servicing, insurance renewals, and road tax timely.
• Maintain accurate logbook of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and incidents or maintenance.
• Oversee maintenance and repair activities at the company apartment, coordinating with service providers.
• Assist with admin duties such as filing, photocopying, document delivery, and errands.
