Job summary

WAKOMAS Chemical Sdn Bhd is seeking a responsible Driver cum Facilities Support Assistant to provide executive driving services for management and family members while supporting vehicle maintenance, office operations, and general administrative tasks.

You will ensure company vehicles and facilities are clean and well maintained, assist with deliveries, coordinate servicing and repairs, and help manage daily business operations with discipline and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Valid Malaysian Class B2 & D driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an executive or personal driver.
• Experience supporting senior management or directors is highly preferred.
• Experience in basic building or facilities maintenance will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, professional, and punctual transportation for Management and designated family members.
• Remain on standby for appointments, meetings, business trips, airport transfers, and other official transportation requirements.
• Ensure assigned vehicles are clean, presentable, fully fuelled, and equipped with travel essentials.
• Assist with office-related deliveries, including documents, gifts, hampers, parcels, meals, and other items.
• Perform ad-hoc driving assignments and errands as instructed by Management.
• Ensure company vehicles are maintained in excellent operating condition through regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Wash and clean company vehicles according to the scheduled routine.
• Coordinate servicing, repairs, inspections, tyre replacement, battery replacement, vehicle detailing, polishing, and coating.
• Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of company premises and surrounding areas.
• Monitor the condition of facilities and report maintenance issues promptly.
