Job summary

SPX Express in Setia Alam, Malaysia, is seeking a Fleet Allocation & Utilisation Specialist to manage daily vehicle allocation based on operational demand and vehicle availability, and to coordinate truck exchanges to maintain continuity.

You will analyse fleet utilisation, mileage, fuel, maintenance and cost data to identify performance gaps, prepare reports for management, and propose corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is recommended.
• Strong understanding of operational processes to enhance efficiency.
• Experience in data analysis, budgeting, audits, data management, and process improvements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily vehicle allocation based on demand and vehicle availability.
