Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is seeking an Accounting Analyst II for Fixed Assets on a 12-month contract in its Global Business Services unit. The role covers asset creation, depreciation, and reconciliation, with involvement in ERP migration and audits.

Requires a degree in accounting, 2–3 years in fixed asset accounting, and proficiency in English and Korean. Hybrid work arrangement offered with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or professional qualifications (CIMA/ACCA/CPA/CA).
• 2–3 years working experience in fixed asset accounting or relevant field.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP accounting software; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle Fixed Assets accounting activities: creation, capitalization, transfers, disposals, and depreciation.
• Maintain asset master data and ensure accuracy of fixed asset records.
• Reconcile Fixed Asset subledger to General Ledger balances and investigate discrepancies.
• Support fixed asset audits and physical verification activities.
• Participate in data migration and validation during ERP implementation projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards for fixed assets.
