Job summary

Kimberly-Clark USA is seeking an Accounting Analyst II to support Corporate Accounting in consolidation, analysis, and reporting of financial results, including budgets and forecasts. The role requires knowledge of US and local accounting standards and experience with SAP ECC and reconciliations.

The position emphasizes accuracy, timely reporting, and collaboration with internal clients to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or professional qualifications (CPA/MIA/ACCA/CIMA) with 2–3 years of financial accounting exposure.
• Knowledge of country and U.S. accounting requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge advantageous.
• Ability to meet deadlines; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• English and Chinese language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Corporate Accounting team in consolidation, reporting and analysis of financial results, budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with US and local accounting standards for financial reporting.
• Maintain SAP ECC and ES4 bank clearing and reconciliation processes; handle journal entries and invoicing to affiliates.
• Ensure monthly financial statements integrity via detailed reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with internal clients to achieve business objectives and support essential services.
