Job summary

Four Seasons Langkawi Resort in Kedah, Malaysia, seeks a Diploma in Nursing to manage the First Aid Centre and assist daily operations, including meeting guests, providing dressings and first aid consultation, and maintaining medical administration tasks.

You will ensure compliance with Malaysia Health Department guidelines, handle insurance registrations/claims, accompany staff to clinics, and support admin duties for People & Culture.

Qualifications

• Professional nursing skills with emphasis on first aid, triage and patient care.
• Experience or exposure to hospital/clinic settings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care and first aid treatment to employees and resort guests within the scope of responsibilities.

About the role

Managing the First Aid Centre and assist in daily operations including meeting guest, provide dressing, bandage, first aid consultation. Managing Resort’s

insurance plan and related government institution relationship and maintaining medical and other administration related task.

What you will do

• Provide emergency care and first aid treatment to all the employees and resort's guest within the scope of responsibilities.
• Maintain a fully supplied First Aid Centre in the Resort.
• Administer a systemic medical and insurance registration / claim / GL for all employees.
• Ensure that all Malaysia Health Department guidelines are strictly observed and adhered to.
• Accompany employees to the clinic/ hospital whenever needed. Visit employees in the hospital and/or the accommodation when they are sick.
• Ensure food handlers done all the requirement by Ministry of Health and PWT requirement.
• Update employee’s records in regards to incident report, short- and long-term disability days and leave accumulated days.
• Assisting the People & Culture Department in daily administration and activity
