As a Server, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive. You are responsible for delivering a seamless and enjoyable dining and beverage experience, in line with Four Seasons’ renowned standards of quality, professionalism, and gracious hospitality.

What you will do

Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival and able to manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently.

Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless dining experience.

Monitor dining room flow and seating availability to maximize efficiency

Confidently present menus, explain dishes, and offer recommendations to the guest

Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and take reservations as needed.

Coordinate with service and kitchen staff to ensure prompt service.
