WD is building the infrastructure behind the AI-driven data economy. The Early Career program invites students and recent graduates to work on real systems at scale, with mentorship and structured onboarding.

You will engage in design and validation tasks for Hard Disk Drive products, using C/C++/Python, and gain hands-on experience across firmware development and CI/testing in a global tech environment.

Qualifications

• Current student pursuing Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Interested in data analysis

Responsibilities

• Designing and modifying optimization and measurement commands, for Hard Disk Drive product, related to product read/ write operation.
• Designing and modifying test methods, running validation and reviewing parametric data, to assure firmware code quality.
• Troubleshoot failures/ problems occur during continuous integration tests or product integration tests
