Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Physics, or related engineering discipline.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Ability to read schematics and technical documentation is a plus.
• Willingness to learn complex HDD technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Hands-on attitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Understand system design of hard disk drive and drive integration.
• Investigate root causes of HDD failures and participate in qualification tasks.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and failure analysis teams.
• Document findings and publish technical reports for cross-functional use.
• Support factory, lab, and NPI environments.
