Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-performance equity trading platforms, including order routing and real-time risk management. You will work with business users, software engineers, and compliance to ensure systems stay low-latency, resilient, and compliant.

You will coordinate with exchanges for API integrations, update FIX protocols, and drive scalable delivery across hybrid vendor

Qualifications

5+ years in TPM roles, with at least 3 years in Fintech Trading.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or a related STEM field.
Proven success leading Agile/Scrum in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Delivery: own the SDLC for trading system upgrades from requirements to UAT and rollout.
Lead scalable feature delivery for retail trading features and vendor integrations.
Coordinate market connectivity and FIX protocol updates for global markets.
Oversee latency and throughput optimization and system performance monitoring.
Oversee deployment of AI for real-time trade surveillance and anomaly detection.
Serve as liaison between Business Users and IT to prioritize feature delivery.
Coordinate with vendors for onboarding/KYC/AML, BaaS, and market data providers.
