Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd in Malaysia is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of high-performance equity trading platforms. You will oversee order routing, real-time risk management, and collaborate with business users, engineers, and compliance to keep systems low-latency, resilient, and compliant.

The role involves end-to-end SDLC ownership, scalable feature delivery, market connectivity with global venues, and governance of AI-enabled surveillance

Qualifications

• 5+ years in TPM roles, with at least 3 years specifically in Fintech Trading.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or related STEM field.
• Proven success leading teams using Agile/Scrum in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the SDLC for trading system upgrades, from requirements to UAT and rollout.
• Lead development and rollout of retail trading features and vendor integrations.
• Coordinate integration of Exchange APIs and FIX protocol updates for global markets.
• Lead initiatives to optimize system latency and throughput.
• Oversee deployment of AI for real-time trade surveillance and anomaly detection.
• Act as liaison between Business Users and IT to prioritize feature delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors for KYC/AML onboarding, BaaS, and Market Data providers.
