Job summary

BTSE Group is seeking a Settlement Operator to manage daily settlement operations for both fiat and crypto payments. You will ensure accurate recording, reconciliation, and timely confirmations aligned with customer deals, while collaborating with Treasury and regulatory-compliant processes.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in settlement, strong numeracy, and bilingual English/Mandarin skills; crypto experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or Finance.
• 1–3 years of experience in Settlement Operations.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical sensitivity.
• Crypto experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day trade confirmation and settlement reports aligned with customers’ deals.
• Track and process the status of system deposits and withdrawal transactions.
• Co-work with Treasury to make daily reconciliations with banking details.
• Ensure all confirmations are dispatched to internal and external parties per regulations.
• Liaise with relevant parties to resolve confirmation and settlement issues.
• Provide resolutions or seek assistance for FX or Money Operation problems.
• Prepare regular internal control and external audit reports.

About the Opportunity:

Offering futures and spot trading as well as multiple fiat on- and off-ramps, our product is designed as a one-stop solution for traders at all levels to conveniently deposit, trade, convert, and withdraw crypto- and fiat currencies.

As a Settlement, you will be responsible for daily settlement operation and making sure the correctness of the transaction for our clients.

Your main tasks will be:

1. Handle fiat and crypto payments accurately and promptly.
2. Records all deals with no errors and can be 100% tallied with transaction history.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring day-to-day trade confirmation and settlement reports aligned with customers’ deals.
• Responsible for tracking and processing the status of system deposit and withdrawal transactions
• Co-work with Treasury to make daily reconciliations with banking details.
• Ensure all confirmations have been dispatched to internal & external related parties’ adherence to regulations and procedures.
• Liaise with the relevant parties to solve confirmation and settlement issues.
• Provide resolution or look for assistance for problems associated with including but not limited to FX or Money Operation.
• Prepare regular reports for internal control and external audit.

Requirements

• Bachelor or above degree, major in Business or Finance related.
• 1-3 years of working experience in Settlement Operation field is preferred.
• Good command in both spoken and written English/Mandarin.
• Attention to details and sensitive to numbers.
• Has crypto experience is a plus.
