Job summary

Hytech is seeking a Product Manager in Malaysia to bridge frontline teams and engineering, translating business needs into structured PRDs and a prioritized backlog. You will align cross-functional stakeholders, evangelize the product vision, and own growth-oriented features while leveraging data to optimize user journeys.

The role requires strong product sense, data sensitivity, and the ability to drive delivery across multi-brand setups.

• Proven ability to analyze user funnels and translate insights into product hypotheses.
• Ability to break down complex problems into clear user stories and drive cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities

• Product Discovery & Roadmap Prioritization: translate requirements into PRDs and prioritize backlog.
• Stakeholder Alignment: coordinate across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and leadership.
• Product Evangelism: communicate the product vision to internal teams and customers.
• User Growth & Feature Ownership: define growth loops, onboarding flows, and retention efforts.
• Data-Driven Problem Identification: analyze funnels and behavioral data to identify bottlenecks.
