Job summary

TNG Digital, part of TNG Digital Group, is seeking a hands-on Legal Counsel to draft, review, and advise on a range of commercial contracts. The role requires independent work and close collaboration with other departments to support growth in the fintech and financial services space.

Qualified candidates will have a law degree, Malaysian Bar admission (advantageous), and up to 3 years of corporate/legal experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) and admission to the Malaysian Bar; experience in corporate/commercial drafting is preferred.
• Experience in fintech or banking sectors is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts.
• Provide legal advice on regulatory matters relevant to the Company’s projects.
• Assist in day-to-day legal operations and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
