Job summary

First Digital is seeking a Client Success Executive to support onboarding for institutional clients and market makers. You will work with the Client Success Manager and Team Lead to keep onboarding operations organized, handling coordination, documentation, and follow-through so the wider team can focus on strategy and relationship depth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 1–2 years of working experience within financial services is welcome.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• High adaptability — comfortable picking up new tasks, adjusting to changing priorities, and wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Support client onboarding processes, including profile setup and documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding with Client Success Manager and Business Development teams, including meeting logistics.
• Maintain internal onboarding trackers, SOPs, and client transaction data with accuracy.
• Act as first point of contact for routine client requests during onboarding, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Prepare materials and data for quarterly client check-ins and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Client Services for smooth handovers and updates on client activities.
