Job summary

First Digital Trust is seeking a Client Success Executive to assist in onboarding institutional clients and market makers. You will coordinate demonstrations, organize documentation, and ensure smooth handovers while building knowledge of custody, stablecoins, and client servicing from the ground up.

You will work with the Client Success Manager to manage onboarding tasks, maintain trackers, and deliver timely updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 1–2 years in financial services or related field.
• Strong English communication, written and spoken.
• High adaptability and ability to switch tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and meticulous record-keeping.
• Positive, proactive, client-first attitude. Familiarity with customer service concepts a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding processes, including profile setup and documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding for new clients and market makers; handle meeting logistics.
• Maintain and update onboarding trackers, SOPs, and client data.
• Be first point of contact for routine onboarding requests; escalate complex issues.
• Prepare materials and data for client check-ins and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Client Services for smooth handovers and updates.
