Job summary

Zurich 56 Company Ltd in Kuala Lumpur seeks a detail-oriented Bank Reconciliation Analyst to support daily cash reconciliations, maintain balance ledgers, and assist with related finance projects.

You will prepare monthly bank reconciliations, ageing reports, and collaborate with branches and finance teams to resolve unreconciled items; experience with SAP and MS Office is preferred. Bachelor degree in accounting/finance and at least 2 years' experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or an equivalent professional certificate.
• At least 2 years of relevant reconciliation experience, preferably in fintech/financial services.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bank reconciliations monthly or for requested durations.
• Update monthly ageing report after reconciliation.
• Follow up on unreconciled items with branches and internal teams.
• Record bank/credit card charges and bank interest in SAP promptly.
• Maintain source files, reports and documentation per compliance requirements.
• Support finance projects initiated by the organization.
• Submit data related to unclaimed monies and respond to related requests.
• Answer queries from other departments (e.g., fund confirmations, inter-fund transfers).
• Provide supporting documents for internal/external audits.
• Perform other duties compatible with the role as needed.
