Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year in an inventory, shipping, receiving, or manufacturing environment.
• Must have 20/40 corrected vision and color acuity.
• Must be able to sit/stand for at least 90 consecutive minutes.

Responsibilities

• Compare product BOM parts lists or material part numbers to ensure completion of orders.
• Verify specified dimensions on product material using inspection equipment.
• Input quality findings into Samtec’s computerized quality system.
• Ensure conformance to established quality specifications by working from engineering drawings and prototypes.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation for quality standards.
• Assist in creation and design of quality assurance procedures and programs.
