Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration or relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in financial services industry.
• Front office experience in ETFs, Wealth Management, Equities and Derivatives will be an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge and experience in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational processes and infrastructure in Malaysia.
• Coordinate payroll with HR and outsourced providers.
• Ensure company secretarial compliance and governance reporting.
• Prepare and review reports for local regulators and management.
• Collaborate with global functions to align policies and controls.
