Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in financial services.
• Front office experience in ETFs, Wealth Management, Equities and Derivatives is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist BM MY in planning, organizing and controlling day-to-day activities of the local office.
• Budget planning and tracking throughout the fiscal cycle; manage local financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and tax reporting; monitor outsourcing assessments.
• Coordinate with global support functions to implement policies in Malaysia.
• Oversee governance and reporting meetings; prepare board materials and circular resolutions.
• Manage risk via incident management, audit points and business resiliency planning.
• Support business development and expansion of CITIC Securities in Malaysia.
• Supervise staff and coordinate with HR, finance, legal and admin teams.
