Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks an experienced Financial Controller to oversee financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial guidance to drive business growth.

The role covers financial reporting, planning, budgeting, internal controls, month-end closings, and collaboration with tax agents, auditors, and authorities. You will lead and mentor the finance team, while handling ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a recognised degree and/or professional qualification in accounting (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• At least 8 years relevant working experience with a minimum 5 years in the managerial role position.
• Technically strong in accounting standards, internal control and taxation.
• Good business acumen and commercial awareness.
• Hands-on, analytical, and detail-oriented.
• Mature, self-motivated and able to work independently with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Undertake adhoc duties or special projects assigned from time to time.
