Job summary

Ambu Global Hub in Penang is seeking a Financial Analyst, Treasury to join our Financial Shared Service Team. You will document, check, and timely process payments, ensure policy compliance, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while supporting accurate financial transactions.

You will reconcile bank statements, prepare cash position reports, assist with month-end closing, liaise with auditors and tax agents, help improve treasury processes, and back up team members as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to adapt to changing environments and work processes.

Ambu Global Hub is expanding our Financial Shared Service Team and we’re looking for a new candidate to join us on our journey as a Financial Analyst, Treasury.

As a Financial Analyst, Treasury you will be:

• Documenting, checking, and timely processing all payments accurately and in compliance with organization policies.
• Maintaining confidentiality of organizational information.
• Responsible for timely recording and reporting of accurate financial transactions of organization in compliance with company policies.
• Reconciling bank statements.
• Managing, preparing, and presenting accurate and timely cash position reports.
• Responsible for Treasury month end closing.
• Assist in process improvement procedures as required by the management team.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and liaise with auditors, tax agents and other relevant professionals and authorities.
• Develop and enhance treasury-related financial processes.
• Able to handle any ad-hoc task assigned from time to time.
• Back up for members.
