Ambu Global Hub in Penang is seeking a Financial Analyst, Treasury to join our Financial Shared Service Team. You will document, check, and timely process payments, ensure policy compliance, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while supporting accurate financial transactions.

You will reconcile bank statements, prepare cash position reports, assist with month-end closing, liaise with auditors and tax agents, help improve treasury processes, and back up team members as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to adapt to changing environments and work processes.
• Team player with ability to work under tight deadlines and independently.

Responsabilités

• Document, check, and timely process all payments accurately and in policy.
• Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
• Record and report financial transactions accurately in compliance with policies.
• Reconcile bank statements.
• Prepare and present cash position reports.
• Oversee treasury month-end closing.
• Assist in treasury process improvements as required.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other professionals.
• Develop and enhance treasury-related processes.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and back up team members.
