Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Forecasting

• Assist in the preparation of monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) forecasts.
• Support the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Perform financial analysis and variance reporting.
• Prepare presentation materials and slides for management meetings.
• Support ad hoc reporting requirements, finance projects, and process improvement initiatives.
• Undertake ad hoc assignments, analyses, and administrative tasks as required by the Finance Manager and Finance team to support business operations and departmental objectives.

Treasury

• Assist in monitoring daily cash flow positions and liquidity requirements.
• Support the preparation, maintenance, and analysis of cash flow forecasts.
• Maintain treasury records and FX hedging files.
• Monitor foreign exchange contracts and coordinate timely settlement upon maturity.
• Assist in Bankers' Acceptance (BA) drawdowns and related banking transactions.
• Liaise with banks and internal stakeholders on treasury matters.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of treasury transactions and supporting records.

Tax (SST)

• Assist in the preparation and submission of Sales and Service Tax (SST) returns.
• Support the compilation and reconciliation of SST-related data and schedules.
• Maintain proper SST documentation and records for compliance purposes.
• Assist in responding to information requests and tax-related audits when required.
• Support other indirect tax compliance and reporting activities.
