Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• At least 8 years experience in Accounting/Finance, ideally SSC environment, with 2-3 years people management experience
• Windows, Microsoft applications and SAP knowledge
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Manage operations in the SSC Finance for AP aligned with targets and CFOs and local Finance teams.
• Lead and execute migration projects of AP countries' accounting processes to AP Finance SSC.
• Ensure all finance, reporting and controlling matters are handled appropriately and within required timeframes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls are in place.
• Drive continuous improvement in workflow efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead, direct, evaluate and develop SSC Finance team members.
• Support mid-term development and career path of team members.
