Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, information systems, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Support finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across finance functions.
- Analyze and document existing finance processes, identifying opportunities for standardization, simplification, and automation.
- Participate in finance transformation projects from planning through implementation.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business teams to implement process enhancements and technology-enabled solutions.
- Assist in developing dashboards, reporting tools, and data analytics capabilities using Power BI and other digital platforms.
- Support ERP enhancement, workflow automation, AI, and RPA initiatives.
- Facilitate process mapping workshops and gather business requirements from stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and assist in tracking benefits realization and KPI performance.
- Ensure process improvements comply with internal controls, policies, and audit requirements.
- Support change management and user adoption activities.
