Deloitte Southeast Asia in Kuala Lumpur invites an experienced ERP professional to join our Finance Transformation team focused on Workday Financials. You will lead workshops, design target state ERP solutions, and support ERP deployment across client engagements in the SEA region.

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of cloud-based ERP experience, Workday certification, and strong communication skills. Travel may be required to support multi-country deployments.

Qualifications

• Degree (preferably postgraduate)
• Cloud based Finance ERP experience
• CPA is a plus for functional consultants
• Workday Financials experience and certification is a plus
• 6-10 years working experience with at least one-two full life cycle ERP implementation
• Strong functional knowledge of finance systems and processes
• Experience in consulting and agile development methods
• Strong analytical and English communication skills
• Drive, tenacity, client focus, and ability to travel
• Leadership, teamwork and business acumen

Responsabilités

• Engaging with clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements
• Designing target state ERP solution for clients
• Documenting ERP processes
• Preparing deployment progress updates
• Reviewing programs and scripts for design interfaces, reports and queries
• Supporting change management with training material and user post-cutover
• Actively seek developmental opportunities and be brand ambassadors for the firm
• Aligning team work with stakeholder goals and objectives
• Collaborating to deliver tasks and taking accountability for results
• Building relationships and communicating effectively to influence stakeholders
• Demonstrating project integrity and leadership while recognizing strengths
