Job summary

Toll Group in Malaysia is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead a regional AP team, ensuring accurate, timely processing of supplier invoices and adherence to controls.

You will drive process improvements, establish AP policies, train staff, and coordinate with overseas stakeholders by phone and email to meet service standards. This is a full-time role based in Bayan Lepas, Penang, with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, consistent AP service and resolve inquiries to improve team effectiveness.
• Assist to establish AP policies, procedures, and controls.
• Consistently meet customer service standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve non-routine or complex issues.
• Support and engage the team; communicate with overseas customers by phone and email.
• Prepare daily KPI reports and monitor backlog.
• Prepare monthly headcount reports.
• Supervise and develop the team through coaching and reviews.
• Ensure processes align with SOPs.
• Train new staff on daily operation requirements for 1 month.
• Manage and schedule workforce during peak periods.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
