Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Finance Digital Transformation professional in Penang to drive the implementation and enhancement of financial systems supporting corporate reporting. You will coordinate education, process reengineering and system applications, ensuring timely month-end close and data integrity across multiple sites.

The role requires strong communication, SAP/BW/TM1 expertise, and collaboration with global teams to optimize financial processes and systems usage.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in a multi-cultural environment.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Systems, SAP, BW, TM1, myAnalytics & Controller.
• Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and multi-country accounting is a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical resource for financial systems and tools.
• Support Site finance month-end activities including SAP, TM1 & myAnalytics close.
• Assist in testing, validation, and rollout of new functionality.
• Define and document business processes, policies and work instructions.
• Provide plant-level support for system tools and related issues.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
