Job summary

Binance is seeking an analytics-focused professional to support growth and marketing campaigns end to end. You will pull, validate, and structure data across the full conversion funnel, measure performance, and translate results into actionable recommendations for marketing and operations teams.

You will build dashboards, run cohort analyses on large datasets, and communicate findings with clear narratives for executives.

Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, CS, Engineering, or Economics).
• 1–3 years of full-time analytics experience; campaigns/growth analytics a plus.
• Strong SQL skills; able to write and debug complex queries on large datasets.
• Experience with a visualization tool such as DataWind; Claude Code is a plus.
• Nice to have: Python, R.

Responsibilities

• Support growth and marketing campaigns end to end: validate and structure data across the full conversion funnel.
• Measure and evaluate campaign performance (conversion rates, CAC, ROI, retention) and translate results into actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain campaign/growth dashboards; automate recurring data pulls where possible.
• Work with large volumes of user behavior data using SQL; design cohort analyses to optimize campaigns.
• Translate complex findings into simple visualisations and clear narratives for execution by teams and executives.
• Adapt in a fast-paced environment where time to market is critical.

Responsibilities

• Support growth and marketing campaigns end to end: pull, validate and structure data across the full conversion funnel
• Measure and evaluate campaign performance (conversion rates, CAC, ROI, retention of acquired users) and translate results into actionable recommendations for marketing and operations teams
• Build and maintain campaign/growth dashboards; automate recurring data pulls where possible
• Work with large volumes of user behavior and transactional data using SQL and internal data platforms; design and run cohort analyses to support campaign optimization
• Translate complex findings into simple visualisations and clear narratives for execution by operational teams and executives
• Work in a fast-paced environment where time to market is critical

Requirements

• Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics
• 1-3 years of full-time work experience in an Analytics role, campaign / growth / marketing analytics experience is a strong plus
• Strong SQL skills is a must- able to independently write and debug complex queries on large-scale datasets
• Experience with a visualisation tool such as DataWind, an AI tool such as Claude Code is a strong plus
• Nice to have: Python, R
• A self-driven team player with the ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and techniques
• A natural curiosity to identify, investigate and explain trends and patterns in data and an ability to analyse and break down complex concepts and technical findings into clear and simple language for communication
• A passion for Emerging Technologies related to Blockchain and AI
