The Manager I, Accounting & Reporting (Management Path) role sits within the Finance, Accounting, & Audit function and focuses on supervising daily accounting operations to ensure accurate financial data for reliable reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and experience in financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end month/quarter/year-end close and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Review journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial schedules.
• Maintain strong internal controls and support audits (internal/external).
• Collaborate with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and business units to drive decisions.
• Identify process improvements and drive automation within R2R.
• Lead and develop the R2R team; manage priorities and performance.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and management reporting as needed.
