Job summary

NUGEN COMMUNICATION SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a finance support professional to process invoices, issue payments, and manage receivables while ensuring timely collections and accurate vendor payments. You will assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, support budget tracking, maintain records, and coordinate with other departments to support financial operations.

The role requires a diploma in finance or related field, at least 1 year of experience, and

Qualifications

Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial support or relevant internships preferred.
Proficiency in Excel and financial software/tools.
Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
Systematic, dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Integrity and professionalism in handling financial information.

Responsibilities

Handle daily transactions including processing invoices and issuing payments.
Follow up on receivables and ensure timely collections and vendor payments.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist in budgets tracking by monitoring departmental expenses and variances.
Maintain accurate financial records, data entry, and filing.
Provide general administrative support to the finance department.
Work with finance team and liaise with other departments to support reporting needs.
Assist in audits and contribute ideas to improve financial processes and efficiency.
Prioritize and manage accounting for multiple entities to meet deadlines.
