Qualifications

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in financial support roles or relevant internships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Systematic, dependable and can work independently with minimum supervision.
• Integrity and professionalism in handling financial information.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily transactions including processing invoices, issuing payments, following up on receivables, and ensuring timely collections and vendor payments.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and audit requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and supporting schedules.
• Support budget tracking by monitoring departmental expenses, identifying discrepancies, and assisting in variance analysis.
• Maintain accurate financial records, perform data entry, update accounting systems, and ensure all documents are properly filed and organized.
• Provide general administrative support to the finance department, including document preparation, filing, and coordination with internal teams.
• Work closely with finance team members and liaise with other departments to support financial operations and reporting needs.
• Assist in audits, support special projects, and contribute ideas to improve financial processes and efficiency.
• Prioritize and manage multiple companies accounting effectively, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising accuracy.
