Job summary

Vantive is seeking a Manager, Finance – FAST P2P to design, operate and improve Procure-to-Pay capabilities within the FAST program. You will ensure close readiness, audit compliance, issue resolution, and process enablement in JDE and related apps.

Lead functional design, testing, and documentation, coordinate with IT and vendors, and drive stability and standardization across global P2P processes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of P2P processes including accounts payable, accruals, liabilities, and close dependencies.
• Hands-on experience with JDE finance modules and third-party integrations.
• Ability to translate business needs into system configuration, designs, tests and docs.
• Experience providing functional support for finance systems, incident management, and SOX compliance.
• Ability to work in a global, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the functional stability and operation of P2P finance applications and integrations.
• Lead design, testing, release readiness, and documentation for P2P changes.
• Ensure SOX compliance, access discipline, and audit readiness.
• Coordinate with FAST Analysts, IT, and vendors for issue resolution and improvements.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and strengthen controls.
