Job summary

You will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and month-end close while maintaining compliance and preparing management reports. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in accounting, strong numerical accuracy, and familiarity with SQL, UBS, or AutoCount.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Familiar with accounting software such as SQL, UBS, or AutoCount.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounts and bookkeeping.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash movements.
• Track operational expenses and assist in maintaining accurate cost records.
• Prepare internal reports and schedules for management as needed.
• Assist with payment processing and documentation.
• Support month-end closing processes and liaise with external auditors when needed.
• Help maintain compliance-related financial records (e.g., audit trail, supporting documents).
• Handle ad hoc finance and admin tasks in a lean, trust-based environment.
