Job summary

Carsome Group, Southeast Asia’s largest used-car platform, seeks a Manager, Finance Operations to lead end-to-end Trade AP and AR and manage a team of about 30 staff across multiple entities. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in finance operations, shared services, or accounting functions with AP/AR exposure.
• Proven experience leading large teams (20+ staff) in high-volume environments.
• Strong knowledge of AP/AR processes, internal controls, and finance ops best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Trade AP and AR operations, ensuring timely, accurate invoicing, payments, billing, collections, and reconciliations.
• Manage and develop a finance operations team of ~30 staff, including leads and supervisors.
• Establish and enforce strong internal controls across AP and AR, ensuring compliance with policies and audit requirements.
• Drive process improvements, SOPs, and control checklists; identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Own and optimize ERP-based AP/AR systems; partner with product/tech for enhancements and automation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth end-to-end transaction flows.
