Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a finance operations professional to manage payments, reconcile accounts, and collaborate with internal teams, clients, vendors and banks to keep financial operations compliant.

This role supports month-end close, prepares periodic financial reports, maintains audit-ready documentation, and contributes to process improvements and automation initiatives where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily finance operational activities including payment processing, collections, and transaction monitoring.
• Perform account reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial records and system balances.
• Monitor high-volume financial transactions and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Liaise with banks, vendors, clients, and external parties regarding payment matters and account discrepancies.
• Prepare periodic financial and operational reports for management review.
• Assist in maintaining proper documentation and filing for audit and compliance purposes.
• Support month-end closing activities and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with internal departments to improve operational workflow and financial processes.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies, financial procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in system enhancement, process improvement, and automation initiatives where applicable.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Management.
