Job summary

PwC Malaysia is seeking an Experienced Associate for Finance Operations to support billing, WIP, timekeeping, and close-out processes within Internal Firm Services. You will help manage project and contract activity, run reports, and ensure adherence to procedures while collaborating with engagement teams and IT for system enhancements.

The role requires a degree or diploma in accounting, fluent English, and solid accounting knowledge.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting or related professional qualification.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly.
• Proficient with accounting software and MS Office applications.
• Strong accounting knowledge with attention to detail.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud and data analytics is an added advantage.
• 12-month contract with potential extension or conversion based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the projects and contracts setup and maintenance.
• Support client billing operations.
• Conduct WIP adjustments of project-related billings with approvals.
• Monitor and close out projects and contracts per process and procedures.
• Oversee timecard submission and time transfers; assist users with issues.
• Produce reports to assist management with monitoring and decision making.
