Job summary

BIT Official is seeking an operations professional to manage institutional client inquiries, orders and KYC communications. You will coordinate with Compliance, Finance and IT to resolve issues and streamline workflows in a fast-paced crypto environment.

Working closely with trading desks, you will support quotation and order creation, oversee post-trading reconciliations, and contribute to continuous improvements of client service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in any disciplines.
• 1–3 years of experience in financial operations, client service, or a related role (institutional client experience preferred).
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is advantageous, due to need to work closely with Mandarin as well as English speaking stakeholders.

• Excellent communication skills, operational awareness, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment;


• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment;


• Team player with demonstrated ability to communicate and partner with internal / external parties;


• Fluency in English and Mandarin is advantageous, due to need to work closely with Mandarin as well as English speaking stakeholders.
