Job summary

BIT is seeking an experienced Operations Associate in Malaysia to support institutional clients and ensure smooth post-trade processing. You will handle inquiries, assist with KYC communications, and coordinate across Compliance, Finance and IT to resolve issues and streamline workflows.

Responsibilities include supporting trading operations, documenting trade instructions, and performing daily reconciliations to maintain data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in any discipline.
• 1–3 years in financial operations or client service, institutional experience preferred.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin is advantageous.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor Degree in any disciplines;
• 1–3 years of experience in financial operations, client service, or a related role (institutional client experience preferred);
• client-facing and/or middle-office experience, or proven experience working closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders;
• Excellent communication skills, operational awareness, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
• Team player with demonstrated ability to communicate and partner with internal / external parties;
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is advantageous, due to need to work closely with Mandarin as well as English speaking stakeholders.
