Job summary

Quarters Management Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the Finance and Accounts Department. You will manage daily operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support management decisions with insightful analysis in a growing wealth management environment.

The role covers budgeting, cash flow management, AP/AR/GL, and statutory compliance under Malaysian standards, with opportunities for professional development and exposure to strategic finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or MIA membership are advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years of finance and accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, cash flow & statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full set of accounts including AP, AR, and GL with proper documentation.
• Reconcile accounts regularly and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare, verify and process invoices, vouchers, receipts and other accounting documents.
• Monitor cash flow, assist in forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Assist in year-end audits and statutory submissions.
