Job summary

AG Staffing Malaysia is recruiting a Finance Manager/Asst Manager for Property Development and Construction in Temerloh, Pahang. The role oversees accounting functions for holding and subsidiaries, prepares management reports, and ensures tax planning and compliance.

You will liaise with company secretary, auditors, tax agents and regulators, review contracts, arrange banking facilities, and report to the Board. A strong accounting background and leadership experience are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
Professional qualification (MIA/ACCA/MICPA/CPA) is highly preferred.
Minimum 8 years of progressive accounting experience with leadership.
Experience in Property Development or Construction preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee timely preparation of monthly management accounts and annual financial statements.
Lead year-end audit coordination and statutory reporting compliance.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
Provide high-level financial analysis and insight for decisions.
Maintain robust internal controls and reporting standards.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and regulators.
