Job summary

Fairview International School is seeking an experienced Finance Manager with property development exposure to oversee the school’s financial operations and drive accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in financial management.

You will lead the Finance team, manage accounting, reporting, and cash flow, and provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decisions across multiple campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA/CPA/CIMA/MIA is an advantage.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant accounting/finance experience with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial and accounting operations.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Analyse financial performance, variances, and trends.
• Lead annual budgeting and financial planning.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.
• Oversee AR and AP processes and internal controls.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and develop the Finance team.
