Job summary

Power Steel & Electro-Plating Works Sdn Bhd in Selangor, Malaysia, seeks a Finance Manager to lead financial integrity, cost visibility, and strategic support for decision-making. You will oversee forecasting, budgeting, cashflow, and reporting, with a frontline focus on cost control and ERP transition (D365) and margin analytics.

You will drive monthly forecasts, variance analysis, and management reporting while coordinating with the GM and Group Finance.

Qualifications

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent (ACCA/CIMA/CPA preferred).
8–10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing finance roles.
Experience with forecasting, margin analysis, product costing, and ERP systems.
Experience with plant operations, audit, and capex control is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead monthly forecasting of sales, COGS, and overheads with department heads.
Monitor variances and support budgeting, scenario analysis, and board-level reviews.
Ensure timely month-end closing and audit-ready records.
Provide management reports: P&L, balance sheet, working capital, and variance summaries.
Oversee working capital management and intercompany transactions.
Lead D365 Finance module implementation and testing.
Maintain internal controls and compliance across TRIFAST Group policies.
