Job summary

Talent Recruit is seeking a Finance Manager to lead a finance team in Puncak Alam, Selangor. Responsibilities include overseeing GL, AP/AR, monthly closings, consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting. You will prepare management accounts and liaise with auditors and tax authorities.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience in accounting/finance, a degree in accounting or finance, and a willingness to work in a hybrid setup (3 days in office, 2 remote days).

• Lead and supervise a finance team to ensure accurate and timely accounting and financial reporting.
• Oversee full finance operations including GL, AP/AR, monthly closing, consolidation, budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare and review financial reports, management accounts and financial analysis for management.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and government authorities.
• Ensure statutory and financial reporting compliance.
• Improve finance processes and system efficiency within the group.

Work Location : Puncak Alam, Selangor

Working Hour : 8:30AM - 5:30AM (Mon Fri)

Working Arrangement : Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days remote
