Job summary

Venture Corporation Limited, a global technology services and solutions provider, invites applications for a Finance Manager (FP&A) based in Senai, Johor. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and detailed financial analysis, partnering with Operations and the General Manager to improve profitability and performance.

You will prepare management reports, analyze variances, and support dashboards and PBT analyses by customer.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of relevant FP&A experience in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under tight timelines.
• Hands-on, mature, and logical thinker.
• Strong business partnering and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly management reports for the Senai entity.
• Perform detailed analysis of actual vs. budget/forecast results to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Support preparation of dashboards, PBT analysis by customer, and other management reports, including allocation of common costs.
• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts for the Malaysian entity.
• Clearly articulate forecast assumptions for revenue, COGS, and production expenses.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Act as a finance business partner to Operations and General Manager.
• Collaborate with Operations on action plans to improve financial results, including PPV claims and cost-saving initiatives.
• Support Operations in achieving OPBT% targets set by top management.
• Review product costing activities and analyze production expenses and variances.
• Assist Finance Controller and General Manager in Malaysia Business Review presentations.
