Job summary

Lopie Paper (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Selangor is seeking an experienced accountant to manage the full set of accounts for the group of companies and produce monthly management and financial reports.

The role covers costing per production line, liaising with external auditors, bankers and tax agents, ensuring tax compliance, and coordinating year-end audits. It also includes payroll processing, cash flow forecasting, stock take, and ad-hoc analyses as required by management.

Responsibilities

• handle full set of account for the Group of Companies.
• compile the data and prepare the monthly management and financial report.
• responsible on costing calculation for each production line and analyze the data.
• liaise with external auditors, bankers, tax agents and relevant authorities.
• ensure the company tax compliance and co-ordinate year end audit.
• prepare other ad-hoc reports or analysis as and when requested by the management
• prepare forecasted cash flow and analyze debtor collection days in order to ensure Company cash flow in good condition.
• maintain and manage all the contract term and condition for payment purpose.
• responsible and manage Payroll processing system.
• department organisation structure planning and implementation
• prepare of yearly company financial forecast
• responsible on every month and every year stock take of inventory and asset and follow up the result and status.
